The Portsmouth Coalition for Youth has a clear vision for Portsmouth.
We are a coalition of youth, parents, and representatives from youth-serving agencies as well as faith-based, civic, social, and business organizations. The Portsmouth Coalition for Youth (PCY) understands the need to get children started on "The Right Path." This path leads to a future where every child in Portsmouth and his or her family will:

• live in an environment with open communication and a sense of belonging
• start school prepared for success
• participate in fun and challenging activities in quality facilities
• be self-supporting, self-determining, productive members of the community
• live in safe and drug-free neighborhoods
